Freedom Rising MessageDear Freedom leaders The Reclaiming Canada conference in Calgary this past weekend was a wonderful celebration of freedom warriors from across the country. An impressive collection of speakers affirmed the importance of citizen efforts to reclaim our rights and
freedoms. In my closing comments on Day 3 I spoke of the power of citizen led leadership and of how lives are transformed when average citizens find their voices and their courage to stand up and speak out. I also spoke of how history
teaches us that rights and freedoms are never returned willingly by the tyrants who exceed the authority delegated to them . Rather, it is the oppressed themselves who ultimately reclaim and preserve human rights for the benefit of humanity. These are ideas contained in The Victoria Declaration that Dr. Chris Shaw and I and a few
others drafted back in 2020. The ideas and pledge contained in the Victoria Declaration is even more true today. Standing up and speaking out emboldens and strengthens us to be the warriors needed at this time. The world needs leaders who do what is right, regardless of the consequences. The Reclaiming Canada conference was a gathering of these leaders. It was an honour and a privilege to be in the presence of warriors as: Dr. Charles Hoffe, Dr. Ryan Cole, Matt Alexander, Jeff
Evley, Grant Abraham, Dr. Frances Widdowson, Brett Olsen, Heather Wilson, and more. The world is shifting rapidly. There is no doubt in my mind that we are making a difference. I believe the situation has flipped. Whereas prior we were afraid of our governments and institutions, now they are afraid of us. As we declare in our freedom pledge – We will rise up, speak up and disobey harmful and tyrannical orders to ensure that future generations may thrive. We will stand in our power and authority and reclaim what has been unlawfully and immorally taken from us. And we will hold those responsible to account. I have no doubt that judgement day is coming. family member, a CBC watcher, asked what attendees hoped to reclaim. “The answer was, 'We're reclaiming our government, our education system, our medical system, our media, our law enforcement.'”

On August 7, 2025, a British Columbia Supreme Court Justice rendered a very disturbing judgment on a Judicial Review of a decision made by the Hospital Appeal Board that has been building with intensity over the past 3 years. In essence, this judgment declares that health authorities have the unrestricted jurisdiction to penalize in a disciplinary manner those who exercise their Charter
Rights, including that of Informed Consent, in refusing a medical treatment being imposed upon them against their will... This case will give the Court of Appeal an opportunity to rule on whether the Charter applies to disciplinary action carried out by Health Authorities against physicians and other health care workers. This appeal is vitally important to every citizen! The financial legal costs of this appeal will

Friday Meeting Recordings
As a standard of practice, the Friday Freedom leaders meetings are not recorded. This decision is based on the intention to have freedom leaders attend a meeting at the same time with the goal to deepen the relationships between leaders. Secondly, the desire is for frank conversations. The hope is that the lack of recording contributes to richer conversations. That
said, there are some presentations that are so rich and informative that a decision is made to enable our freedom leaders the opportunity to review a presentation and utilize the information more fully. We ask you not to share these recordings without the permission of the presenter.
